Internet - the wonder world

I always used to wonder what made me enter this web world.. the only answer i got was a bit of left out or lonely feeling or may be I had a lot of time.. Time which I didn't know how to while away.. But this world gives me immense pleasure and the freedom to voice my opinions freely.This is a virtual world and we speak out our mind freely..We don't speak to a person eye to eye.. This is a great let out for a shy and introvert person like me.. While working, i never had the interest or time write or even think in these lines. I used to use the internet only for searching and getting information related to my job..


I visit a forum which is a medium for discussing about one of my favourite serial.. Eventually, i got interested and became a member.. Chats and discussions there made me more confident... Most of the members there are school and college students.. I feel like a kid when chatting with them..

I seem to get recognition when i participate in discussions..I have become more creative and started writing poems too. When my creative writing is appreciated , i feel motivated to write more.
Every coin has 2 sides to it.. similarly all good things have trade offs. Interest in this net world should never end up in addiction.. We need to maintain the balance between real and this unreal world in the best possible way and I am in the continuous process of maintaining this balance..

lol agree with every word there..lol...exactly my feelings!! This wonderful world has givien me wonderful friends that otherwise i would've missed in my life!

Im still struggling with that addiction part too. lol

Di mindblowing are your write ups here,i totally agree with each and every point,my prefered one are the memories and the internet wala....this loongish holiday of mine,has indeed make me addicted to internet and forums,i just hope i'll be able to keep that balance once uni starts,but rue internet has help me a lot too and gave me friends which i never thought of making especially when i know all this are virtual,the friends i made on forums and social network are now very close to me,you also trust me,each work of yours surely motivate and help me a lot <3

Journey to motherhood........

The journey was indeed long & tiring but the thought about the final destination made it memorable. Day 1: We sat in the hospital waiting the result. we were literally killing time and praying for the best to happen. Atlast, the nurse called me and the result was in my hands. She told that it was positive.. i dont know why, i had tears in my eyes, perhaps tears of happiness. I didnt have to tell anything to my parents.. they could read it from my face, from my eyes or may be from my long awaited smile.... Day 2: A second test to recheck and reconfirm....Few tense moments before we knew the result.. our prayers paid off.....A scan was scheduled to ensure that the pregnancy is normal and everything is fine First Scan: I was waiting restlessly outside the scan room. Finally my name was called. I lay on the scan table praying continuosly till the scan doctor said that everything was normal...Then i heard something which pleased my ears even more. She said that i had twins. I felt good ...
