Riya is totally enjoying swaying to the rocking song…it was one of her favorite numbers…..Rehaan was good company…totally showering and pampering her with cool compliments! Riya wasn’t leaving one stone unturned to annoy her ex partner for the party…

He stood there, flaming in angry emotions, the reason of which he himself wasn’t sure of….

He stared, glared at Riya and Rehaan who were having the time of their life…..rocking and setting the dance floor on fire! “What the hell was she thinking?” He fumed within himself but kept snapping out of such wandering thoughts and kept looking away from her…though his eyes and mind kept darting back to the dance floor and the girl who appeared totally on fire and didn’t even look at him once….

Though she was on fire, he felt himself burning…..perhaps burning in jealousy! He rubbished it again and tried looking at something else!

In between her moves, she stealthily looked to Arjun’s direction…she was curious to know what his expressions were “was he even affected?” she thought to himself….
There sure was a small tinge of anger in his eyes….was he jealous? She curiously looked at him while Rehaan kept drawing her focus back to himself…He kept her busy with his flirty dialogs and his awesome dance moves…..

But whatsoever, her focus never left her man! Yeah of course, all her gimmicks, weren’t they for him?

Meanwhile, he wasn’t feeling any better…. He was getting fed of her childish antics and at the same time, he sure was recognizing what she was aiming at……He understood that all she intended was to make him jealous……her stealing glances at him were proving it time and again! And the super cop wasn’t that naïve not to catch the point!
He saw her signaling to Shree…..but he didn’t quite understand what it was for…..

All of a sudden, the lights dimmed…..and the song changed…..The fresh song rolled out…..it was a slow romantic passionate number….and all couples rearranged themselves to suit the song…..Close to their partners, they stood ready to start swaying….That made Arjun realize what Riya had signaled to Shree….

Rehaan pulled Riya closer while Riya tried to keep the distance intact…..She definitely wished to make someone jealous but didn’t want to cross her limits any day…But she knew that she would have to get over her inhibitions today in order to dance with Rehaan who was enjoying the time and trying to get closer with her….

Arjun was silently observing what they were upto….
Rehaan pulls her even more closer and slowly slides his hand around her waist and forcing her to grab his shoulders…..That was the limit of everything…..it was the zenith point of what Arjun could take….he lost all his self enforced controls…….He didn’t think any further…
“yeh paagal ladki saare haddhe paar kar rahi hai aur mujhe bhi paagal banaa rahi hai!” He told to himself as he walked across to her, moving aside all the hindrances in between….

He tugged at her elbow and pulled her apart from Rehaan….Rehaan sported a “What the hell look?”

Arjun: [smirking and in a controlled voice] Rehaan…mujhe mere partner thode dher keliye waapas chahiye….excuse us….

When Rehaan tried to interfere again, Arjun shot a glare to his direction meaning
“back off….dont you dare touch her again!”

He didn’t have to do anything more to put Rehaan in his place…Rehaan shrugged “ok cool it dude!”…and then turned back to find his original partner for the day!

Arjun dragged a partially struggling Riya out of the crowd into a secluded corridor just outside the party hall….Riya was trying to free herself from his hold “sir, yeh aap kya kar rahe? Chodiye mujhe….accha khaasa dance kar rahi thi…aapne sab kuch spoil kar diya….kya koyi clue mili hai….ya kuch important kaam hai?? Whats the matter??? ”

He cornered her to the wall and stood dangerously close to her waiting for her galore of questions and bhakwaas to get over…but she didn’t stop….she was going on and on….. His eyes were on fire already due to her crazy antics….

When there was no sign of her stopping her ranting, in a quick motion, he leaned to her and made her quiet sealing her lips with his….she was stunned, shocked and what not…..her voice stopped then and there….She hadn’t imagined this even in her wildest thoughts….Though she had always dreamt of a kiss….her first kiss and ever since, she had known the meaning of love, the anonymous guy of her dreams had a face….And it was Arjun’s face….

When it was finally happening, she was hell shocked….though she tried to struggle out and hit him to back off initially, she had to give in to his magical charm….She couldn’t resist him or his passionate kiss….She had to let go of her struggle…..she gave in and felt herself enjoying the passionate moment! She closed her eyes and cherished the magical kiss….her trance like state was broken when he parted and his husky voice spoke up

“mujhe nahi patha tha ke tumhe chup karaane ka aisa bhi ek aasaan tareekha hai!”
She opened her eyes and the blush seemed to spread across her entire face turning her cheeks red!

But the sudden realization of what just happened changed her expressions and her eyes soon sported an accusing look …she snapped out and opened her mouth to scold him “how dare you???…..aap aise”

But before she could complete her sentence, she felt her mouth shut again as his lips touched hers once again as he whispered “shhhhhhh”…..

His hands lock her between them and his lips caressing hers but more slowly this time….When he felt that she was lost in him, he slowly moved from her lips and placed a line of indefinite kisses along her jaw line, her cheeks, ear lobes and her eye lids…

All along, his fingers play with her bare waist sending tremors into her….she was losing all her senses while he was busy labeling her as his in every inch of her!
She felt her knees becoming weak and threatening to give away any time…..

The song got over and with it, their magical romantic passionate encounter got snapped too…..She stood fully lost in it with her eyes closed as if in sleep….and he stood grinning with his hands crossed across his chest…..She didn’t want that dream to end….if it was indeed a dream, then let it be…..she preferred to dwell in it forever…..

After what looked like a long long time, she felt his hand patting her shoulders “Riya….Riyaa…”
She opened her eyes slowly to face him grinning cheekily at her…..he also sported a sarcastic look….She wondered if those moments actually happen in reality or was it a dream? She was confused when he spoke up….

“ab jaao kisi ke saath bhi dance karlo…”

He sported a winning smile and turned around….After walking a few steps from her, he turned back and said sarcastically!

“mujhe jalaane chali thi na? ab tum jalthe raho mere iss pyar mein!”

Journey to motherhood........

The journey was indeed long & tiring but the thought about the final destination made it memorable. Day 1: We sat in the hospital waiting the result. we were literally killing time and praying for the best to happen. Atlast, the nurse called me and the result was in my hands. She told that it was positive.. i dont know why, i had tears in my eyes, perhaps tears of happiness. I didnt have to tell anything to my parents.. they could read it from my face, from my eyes or may be from my long awaited smile.... Day 2: A second test to recheck and reconfirm....Few tense moments before we knew the result.. our prayers paid off.....A scan was scheduled to ensure that the pregnancy is normal and everything is fine First Scan: I was waiting restlessly outside the scan room. Finally my name was called. I lay on the scan table praying continuosly till the scan doctor said that everything was normal...Then i heard something which pleased my ears even more.
